Paste Values Pada Excel

Masih dalam suasana bulan puasa, semoga puasa kita adalah puasa yang tidak hanya menahan lapar dan haus saja.

Sebagai OPS saya sangat terbantu sekalai dengan vasilitas Paste Value pada Excel ini. Kegunaanya paste values ini adalah hanya mengcopy nilai atau teks saja. Semisal kita akan membuat daftar rekap nilai rapot siswa. Sebelumnya kita pada file lain sudah membuat / menghitung nilai rapot dari masing-masing mapel. Kalau kita langsung mengcopy paste hasil olahan pada kolom nilai rapot masing-masing mapel ke kolom nilai mapel daftar rekap niliai rapot pasti tidak bisa, karena yang tercopy adalah rumusnya. Disinilah fungsi Copy - Paste Values. Caranya dengan mengcopy seperti biasa, bedanya saat kita mempastenya kita klik kanan - pilih Paste Spesial - Values.

Berikut ini adalah pilihan yang ada pada Paste Special 

1. All = Menyalin secara keseluruhan isi sel;
2. Formulas =  Paste rumus fungsi yang ada pada sel tertentu;
3. Values = Menaruh data pada sel tertentu, data tersebut berupa teks atau nilai sel;
4. Formats = Menyalin format sel yang diinginkan, seperti warna cell, font, boreder;
5. Comments = Menduplikasi komentar yang ada pada suatu sel;
6. Validation = Menyalin aturan validasi;
7. All using Source theme = Menyalin formula, value, format, comment, border, dan validation dengan menggunakan theme yang terdapat pada sumber (source);
8. All except borders = Menyalin formula, value, format, comment, dan validation. Namun tidak menyertakan garis batas (border);
9. Column widths =  Menyamakan lebar kolom sel yang diinginkan;
10. Formulas and number formats = mengkopi rumus fungsi beserta data formatnya;
11. Values and number formats = Menyalin Nilai berupa teks dan Format sel

Sangat penting kan fungsi dari paste special, khusunya paste values. Ini tidak hanya kita gunakan saja untuk mengcopy nilai hasil olahan tetapi juga data-data yang lainnya seperti data siswa dan data pegawai. Lebih cocok lagi kalau kita sudah punya data base lengkap, jadi kita bisa mengsisi isian laporan2 data untuk keperluan tertentu menggunakan paste values ini. Kalau masalah data base operator sekolah bisa menggunakan hasil dari export aplikasi dapodikdas. 

Wah tak terasa  lama juga yah, hanya untuk menyelesaikan postingan ini, yang dari segi bahasa dan isi masih sangat minim. Tapi tak mengapalah itung2 ngabuburit hehee. :)
